Hermès "Actual Costumes"

Special limited edition "Costumes actuels" scarf, created by artist Françoise de la Perrier for Hermès especially in honor of the bicentennial of Ecole Polytechnique. In the center, we see an inscription commemorating the event (all limited edition scarves were signed with the occasion of their release), as well as allegories of the continents: Asia, Africa, Europe, and America. Along the perimeter of the scarf are depicted costumes from various world cultures, both contemporary and historical.
