The scarf, named "Uccelli" by Vittorio Accornero, which means "birds" in Italian, is not a classic piece and is therefore highly sought after by niche collectors and fashionistas. Here, pheasants, ducks, quails, and even bunnies are depicted among poppies and reeds. Note the characteristic detail of Accornero's fabulous animals: their red eyes. The scarf was released on April 12, 1969, and the drawing was started on March 13, as recorded in the author's personal diary.
