Gucci "The Yard"

The "The Yard" scarf was released only once in 1973. It depicts a farmyard scene with turkeys and geese, chickens and chicks roaming around. In the foreground, sparrows peck at grains, while in the background, a dog chases a smiling cat. All of this is surrounded by a border of flowers and wheat ears, in Accornero's beloved tradition. For the 1970s, offering such a design to global fashionistas was a radical decision, which is why the scarf still looks modern and stylish even today.
