Gucci "The Yard"

The "The Yard" scarf was released only once in 1973. It depicts a yard scene where turkeys and geese, hens and chicks are walking around. In the foreground, sparrows peck at grains, and in the background, a dog chases a smiling cat. All of this is surrounded by a frame of flowers and ears of wheat along the perimeter – following Accornero's favorite tradition. For the 1970s, offering such a design to global fashionistas was a radical decision, which is why the scarf still looks modern and stylish today.

Wear it as a bandana on your head, tied around your neck, in your hair or on your bag, or folded into the pocket of a shirt or jacket.
