Gucci Accornero

From the 1960s to the early 1980s, Accornero was the head scarf designer at Gucci. He was responsible for creating the brand's most iconic prints. One of them was the poppies design. In Accornero's diary, there is an entry from March 5, 1976, about the scarf named "I papaveri," meaning poppies. The scarf was likely produced only once. It is rare and highly sought after by collectors.
